California Consumer Privacy Request

While SDG&E does not sell personal information for monetary compensation, certain data practices may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under the CCPA. California residents have the right to request access to, deletion of, and correction of their personal information, as well as the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.

You may submit a request using the methods described in this policy, including our designated privacy request channels.

SDG&E does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age. Additionally, we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. As a result, it is unlikely that such information would be identified, deleted, or produced in response to a request related to a minor.
